Group Exercise Descriptions

Cardio BOXING will knock you out! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements, on and off the bag, will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling!

Cardio COMBO is all cardio all the time, but different every time! This intense 60-minute class will possibly have you on the Bosu, stairs and much more. This action packed class is sure to deliver a cardio challenge and keep you guessing what is next. If you like variety, you will love Cardio COMBO!

G-Force Total Body Workout is a 60-minute energy filled class with no other than Bobby G himself leading the way. This class will use dumbbells, stability balls and other tools to give you a total body workout. Join Bobby for this early morning workout!

Group ACTIVE Activate Your Life in only one hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility, all in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Group CENTERGY. Redefine your self with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and smile. Discover Group Centergy!

Group GROOVE If you can move, you can Groove. You'll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60-minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes. Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you Get A Move On! with Group Groove.

Group POWER is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power.

Group STEP is a classic for a reason! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way to take your fitness level to a new height!

Half & Half is no coffee creamer, rather a combination of strength and cardiovascular work that will jump start your day faster than any cup of joe! This 50-minute class will give you a well-rounded workout every time.

Muscle Conditioning is a 60-minute class using free weights and bands to develop muscle tone. We lose as much as a half pound of muscle a year after the age of 30, so it is essential to perform weight resistance exercise as we age. So, stop what you are doing and start turning back the hands of time with muscle conditioning!

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body through a series of movements. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits including improved posture, balance, and core strength. Pilates is a 50-minute class.

Pilates Fusion is an opportunity to accessorize your Pilates practice. The latest toys help you find your Pilates powerhouse. This is a 50-minute class.

Solid to the CORE will help you feel stronger and balanced by delivering a core workout while strength training with a focus on functional training. This 20-minute group class works the entire body with an emphasis on your CORE muscle groups.

Spinning! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 50-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! Limited space; sign up at front desk.

Starter SPIN is a 30-minute class designed to get you ready for the real thing. Learn how to get set up on your bike, the different positions and take a shortened ride to find your spinning legs. Feel free to take this shortened version as many times as you need before going to the full 50 minute class.

TRACK ATTACK is not meant for the de-conditioned. This class meets on the acceleration track and starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by everything from throwing medicine balls to sled dragging. If it is not found in traditional group exercise classes, it will be found in this class. You will feel like an athlete again after a 45-minute session of TRACK ATTACK!

YOGA is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, and spirit. It brings us balance. Yoga will help your body grow stronger, more toned, and more flexible.

  1. Level I class - no experience required. Good for those new to yoga or unable to practice regularly.
  2. Level II class - Familiar with foundational poses and ready for a more challenging session.
    1. › Feel Your Best (FYB) Yoga - Open to all levels of experience. FYB Instructors are instrumental in helping students internalize alignment principles, as well as guiding them to new levels of energy and awareness. This 75-minute class will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated!
    2. › Hatha Yoga - the main component of Hatha is asanas, meaning “stable, comfortable poses”. It is the most superficial component of yoga, as it prepares and conditions the body so the mind can practice meditation without obstacles.
    3. Vinyasa Flow teaches us to cultivate awareness that links each action to the next—on and off the mat. This practice moves through the poses in a smooth, flowing manner.
    4. ›-HOT Vinyasa is a regular vinyasa class with the temperature turned up!

RATING SYSTEM (on schedule)

  1. I : Great for those new to group exercise or exercise in general.
  2. II : Some group exercise experience recommended.
  3. III : A good cardiovascular base recommended.
