Personal Training
One of the most frequently asked questions at our clubs is about using a personal trainer. Most of our new clients have never used a trainer and really have no idea what trainers do in the club or what they can do for them. Trainers can help you get where you want to be faster, more safely and can help you keep the results you achieve longer. Think of them as your personal coach whose only job is to get you into shape in the shortest time possible while having the most fun you can working out in a gym.
We help all our members get started. We offer a basic workout so they feel safe and comfortable in the gym, but using a personal trainer is the next step beyond your intro to fitness. Trainers are for people who want their fitness experience more individualized and who seek the motivation of having someone who is expecting you at the club.

You can workout with a trainer for just a few weeks to help you get started, and then check back anytime you are in need of a new workout. Or, you can make it a long-term plan and see someone on a regular basis. The choice is yours.
TEAM Personal Training is an option too. By training in groups of two to four, it is not only more social, but more cost effective. You can create your own group of friends and family, or we can help find a group right for you.
