Are classes included in my membership?
YES! Your membership at Form & Fitness gives you total access to all the classes we offer.

Does your facility provide towels?
YES! We provide full towel service from bath towels to workout towels to our members.

Do I need to bring a lock with me for the lockers?
No, our lockers are equipped with a state of the art four-digit keyless entry system. You are able to use the lockers with out the hassle of bringing your own lock or turning in an ID for a key. Also for a minimal monthly charge, we offer lockers that you can call your own and permanently keep your items in.
