I always wanted to do a triathlon, but I was afraid of the swimming and also putting the swim, bike, run together into one event. The tri-training helped me on so many levels. I also met a great group of friends - we still stay in touch today and train with Stephanie once per week.
In addition to completing two triathlons, I also completed a century bike ride (100 miles) and a 1/2 marathon! I have also learned a great deal about nutrition and how to work out smarter/better. The tri-training has helped me to be in great physical shape despite being a mom who also has a busy career.
I would highly recommend the tri-training to anyone considering a triathlon. The setting is non-intimidating! We have lots of fun, are non-competitive, and always encouraging each other to do their best!
