Fitness for Active Older Adults  Reps, circuits, squats, rows, what does it all mean? Cut through the confusion with this half hour class that focuses on the fundamentals. Learn the basic fitness moves that target the muscles of your upper body, lower body, and core. Dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls and other types of equipment will be used. Routines will vary weekly to keep things fun! 

Power RX Your prescription for power.  This 60 min. full body barbell class mixes great strength training moves to music for a workout that is sure to get you going!

Pilates Traditional Pilates mat class.  Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained.

Cardio Interval
is all cardio all the time, but different every time! This intense 60-minute class will possibly have you on the Bosu, stairs and much more. This station-based class is sure to deliver a cardio/strength challenge and keep you guessing what is next. If you like variety, you will love Cardio Interval!

G-Force Total Body Workout
is a 60-minute energy filled class with no other than Bobby G himself leading the way.  This class will use dumbbells, stability balls and other tools to give you a total body workout.  Join Bobby for this early morning workout! 

R.I.P.P.E.D.   Experience this total body plateau proof workout utilizing resistance and cardio training.  R.I.P.P.E.D. masterfully combines Resistance Intervals Power Plyometrics Endurance and Diet.  (Includes Kickboxing and boxing moves in the endurance track!)

Mix RX
This class combine a cardio and strength workout in one!  Mix RX includes a portion of basic step patterns, full body dumbbell strenght exercises and a balance and stretching component for a great full body workout!

Yogalites RX Want the best of both worlds, a little yoga and a little pilates is a perfect recipe for a great workout!

Step RX This is a classic step class! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights this compelling 60-min. cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time.

Muscle Conditioning is a 60-minute class using free weights and bands to develop muscle tone. We lose as much as a half pound of muscle a year after the age of 30, so it is essential to perform weight resistance exercise as we age. So, stop what you are doing and start turning back the hands of time with muscle conditioning!

Solid to the CORE will help you feel stronger and balanced by delivering a core workout while strength training with a focus on functional training. This 20-minute group class works the entire body with an emphasis on your CORE muscle groups.

Spinning! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 50-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! YOGA is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, and spirit.
It brings us balance. Yoga will help your body grow stronger, more toned, and more flexible.
Level I class- no experience required. Good for those new to yoga or unable to practice regularly.
Level II class- Familiar with foundational poses and ready for a more challenging session.

Vinyasa Flow teaches us to cultivate awareness that links each action to the next—on and off the mat. This practice moves through the poses in a smooth, flowing manner.
HOT Vinyasa is a regular vinyasa class with the temperature turned up!
