Fitness for Active Older Adults Reps, circuits, squats, rows ... what does it all mean? Cut through the confusion with this 30-minute class that focuses on fitness fundamentals. Learn basic moves that target your upper body, lower body and core muscles. Dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls and other types of equipment will be used. Routines will vary weekly to keep things fun.

Power RX Your prescription for power, this 60-minute, full-body barbell class mixes strength training with music for a workout that is sure to get you going.

Super H.I.I.T. The Hit Intensity Interval Training class delivers a challenging workout that you will never forget. This class includes boxing using Wavemaster XXL bags, jumpropes and features functional strength training.

CX WORX A Les Mills class, CX Worx delivers a sharply-focused 30-minute workout that hits all of your core muslces.

G-Force Total Body Workout is a 60-minute energy filled class with our own Bobby G. leading the way. This class uses dumbbells, stability balls and other tools to provide you with a total body workout. Early mornings with Bobby G. Are you ready?!

Booty Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel your whole body.

WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip-hop music. The warm-up previews dance steps in class, and cool-down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.

R.I.P.P.E.D. Experience this total body plateau proof workout utilizing resistance and cardio training. R.I.P.P.E.D. masterfully combines Resistance Intervals Power Plyometrics Endurance and Diet. (Includes Kickboxing and boxing moves in the endurance track!)

Step RX This is a classic step class! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights this compelling 60-min. cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time.

Muscle Conditioning is a 60-minute class using free weights and bands to develop muscle tone. We lose as much as a half pound of muscle a year after the age of 30, so it is essential to perform weight resistance exercise as we age. So, stop what you are doing and start turning back the hands of time with muscle conditioning!

Cycling! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 50-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! YOGA BEGINNER  is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, and spirit. It brings us balance. Yoga will help your body grow stronger, more toned, and more flexible. Level I class- no experience required. Good for those new to yoga or unable to practice regularly. Level II class- Familiar with foundational poses and ready for a more challenging session.

Vinyasa Flow teaches us to cultivate awareness that links each action to the next—on and off the mat. This practice moves through the poses in a smooth, flowing manner. HOT Vinyasa is a regular vinyasa class with the temperature turned up!

Zumba Come join the fitness party!! Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves into a dynamic workout. This interval-type class will have you burning fat while having fun. RATING SYSTEM (on schedule)
