Our massage studio is located within the locker rooms allowing you to go to and from your massage in privacy. Our massage therapists are licensed and offer various types of massage, such as deep tissue for sore or tight muscles or Swedish massage for pure relaxation.

There is nothing more rewarding than knowing I’ve helped individuals improve their well-being, which in turn improves the way they go about their daily lives. When you feel good physically you tend to think more positively and that in itself is a key to healthy living.

I am a graduate from the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage. Currently, I hold a state license in Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as a national certification.
