Our Boot Camps are geared towards you...time pressed adults looking to lose weight and inches in a challenging but supportive exercise environment. Our Boot Camp program has been designed by local fitness and physical therapy professional Dr. Ben Quist. Dr. Quist's main focus is creating workouts that are safe and effective using unusual exercise equipment and keeping you interested and coming back for more! "We want to help you succeed... Standard Boot Camp:
Tue & Thur: 6am, 9 am & 6pm
Saturday: 8am

You can choose to do 3 or 2 days/week option
(3 days/week is recommended for best results).

Advanced Boot Camp:
Mon, Wed & Fri: 6am, 9am
Mon & Wed Evenings: 6pm
Sat: 8am


HOW TO GET STARTED



Step 1:
Pick an intensity level & time of day that works for you....
Our outdoor Boot Camps feature Ozaukee County's only specially constucted outdoor Boot Camp Area located at the Form & Fitness Health Club Campus 2020 Cheyenne Court, Grafton. The Campus also houses a full indoor boot camp area as well.  Currently we offer two different intensity level style boot camps. Our Standard Boot Camp has a medium to hard level of intensity for those who want less jumping and includes activities that are a bit more joint friendly. Our Advanced Boot Camp has a hard and high level of intensity for a no-holds-barred workout designed to kick your butt! You must have a good base level of conditioning and no orthopedic injuries to participate in an Advanced Camp. All of our Boot Camps (Standard & Advanced) are six (6) weeks in duration.

Step 2: Sample a Boot Camp at our FREE Discovery Days... The Discovery Days are a chance for you to meet our boot camp instructor team, ask questions & learn more about us before signing up. You will also get a chance to try a sample boot camp workout...so come dressed to exercise! Discovery Days will be held at Form & Fitness Health Club.

Monday, August 23rd at 6pm
Wednesday, August 25th at 9am
Saturday, August 28th at 12pm

Step 3: Let us know which Discovery Day you'd like to attend... E-mail Lakeshore Boot Camps at, lakeshorebootcamps@formandfitness.com to reserve your spot at the Discovery Day of your choice. If you want to reserve your spot in a camp, please let us know right away. Remember there are only 20 spots per camp and sessions have been selling out! Please keep in mind that in order to reserve a spot within any of our Boot Camps you must pay in full.

Fall session 1: Starts the week of August 30th (outdoor)
Fall session 2: Starts the week of Oct 18th (indoor)
Winter session 1: 5-week camp starts the week of December 6th (indoor)

2-DAY 6 WEEK CAMP ONLY $139


*3 days/week is recommended for best results

Current Form and Fitness members receive a $25 discount on any camp selected. Any camper who is a non-member receives an F&F Club Access membership for the length of their boot camp.

Due to the intense nature of the boot camps we only allow participation 2-3 times/week & recommend cross-training at Form & Fitness on your days off. Try a Group X class like Yoga, Spinning, Group Power, Group Kick, or Zumba or use one of our state of the art pieces of cardio equipment!

Boot Campers receive a free copy of the Lakeshore Boot Camp Kick Butt Guide to Clean Eating! All Boot campers also receive a free subscription the the Fitness Matters diet and exericse tip Newsletter!  Boot Campers also recieve 50% off our ultrasound bodyfat assessment for pre and post camp measurments (optional).  We provide all of the exercise equipment for your camp including mats and workout towels and a full lockeroom so all you need to bring is you!
