Appropriate Resistance Training: Resistance training forms the cornerstone of any good exercise program.
Corrective/Preventative Training: F&F's correction and prevention component of training will address any problem areas you many have. And if you don't have problem areas, we will focus on regions of the body prone to injury, with an emphasis on prevention.
Appropriate Cardiovascular Exercise: Only the correct amount of cardio work at the correct intensity will work for your goals.
General Nutrition Guidelines: We offer tailored nutrition plans through our consultations based on whole food nutrition. If you want results, your eating habits must support that goal.

Small Group Training (SGT) is a session limited to 4 participants per coach, which allows our coaches to focus on each participant's proper form and technique through strength movements. In these sessions, you train how our coaches train, pushing your limits to become stronger and move better longer.

Team Training (TT) is a high intensity functional fitness session that allows large groups to get in the best shape of their lives. Each session will be a total body workout that will improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance and your ability to move well.
Team Training Light (TTLT) is a total body workout focused on progressing individuals to move better and strengthen movement patterns.
