The dotFITme program is an inexpensive weight loss plan that focuses on creating the calorie deficit necessary for weight loss and tracking it over time. The Be a Loser Challenge is our more intensive weight loss program and is held in a group atmosphere. This program teaches you everything you need to know to eat right for a lifetime while creating weight loss over 12 weeks.
